Question To restore my complexion to alabaster perfection...

I've read about a bunch of different methods and products (without bleach) but I still cannot determine which one would be the best, easiest and/or most affordable. Well, the most affordable option aside from solar abstinence. However, I need to lose some more weight and pass a drug test so I have to exercise a lot, which typically involves a lot of exposure to the sun. As grateful as I am for the sun's nurturance, I'd rather not be tan and be the most pallid I can be.

What methods or products do you recommend? A lot of them involve lemons, but many of the products have mercury and such which, of course, I do not want in my body.

Thanks!

Sun protection every day even in winter. And vitamin D supplements if you plan to avoid the sun.

Lemon juice! That's what I use and it seems to work pretty well. I've heard that it's also good for getting rid of acne. You can put some ne before you go to bed or just wash your face with it.

Also, if you can stand it, drinking or washing with vinegar is pretty effective.

Otherwise, try to keep out of the sun (maybe you could work out inside or when it isn't so bright). Pretty obvious really. If you do go out, get a high SPF sunscreen and wear it ALL the time. If you get one of the lighter varieties you can wear it under makeup.

I'm naturally very pale and love it.

Ugh. I forgot about this thread. Impossible standards of beauty annoy me.
