After the wedding when everyone is at the the reception .While every one i eating and dancing and have a good time. Right in the middle of it all go to the stage and act like your give a toast.
But say you have a very special gift fore her. Make her come up to you hand her a a box with the rag in it. While shes opening it tell the story slowly with out giving any thing way tell the story of what she did and.
When she takes out end the story by telling what it is and say I Just want to my your wedding day as special as my graduation day. Congratulations and walk out. That's what I would do but than again I'm an evil bastard
