To the person who pointed out that all women are evil, this is true but not all women were created equal.

Okay I think what it comes down to is this;
Living with her I'd get regular sex, someone I can get along with when we're not mad at each other (we pretty much have been since we last had sex) and someone who doesn't go out much and is used to doing the washing up.
Downsides would be a vague feeling of being degraded, apathy with regards to looking for someone shiny and new, shiny new people being like "so what's the deal with that girl you live with", and the people in the know shaking their head and writing me off in the 'does not listen to advice' column.
Really the only reason I'd not live with her is if I felt I could do better with someone else. I do have that someone else in mind but she seems almost as hard to get as this one (two years, so not worth it) which is really frustrating.
I could go on, maybe I'll get back to this later.

Well seeing as you are talking about moving in with a woman I'd say you are out of high school but judging by this thread and the one about taking some girl to a concert I'd say you couldn't be all that old. I guess around 20.

Also I'm not sure if this is confidence issues or what but if I ditch the one and misfire with the other I'm fairly sure I'm not gonna get laid for a long-ass time afterward.

Ely, make the decision NOW. That way, you won't be stewing and worrying about it. You've already (in my mind) said that you don't want her to move in with you. Sex is only one aspect to a relationship... the rest is love, interest, things in common, etc.
I think you're at the love/hate point, but you've already made your decision. Chalk it up to a learning experience and get on without what's dragging you down.
