Depends what it is. I want to slap white people with "tribal" tattoos sometimes.

I don't really think so, maybe its just a Newfie thing but I know tons of older people with tattoos they got when they were younger. Fishermen types with anchors and such. Its not like there isn't a history of tattoos among white peeps, although typically I think it was associated with prison and sailors.
Speaking of Kanji, my Mandarin prof once got asked about a tattoo this girl had, she said the tattooist said it meant "spirit". It did, but not in the "you have a lot of spirit!" kind of way. It was in a "evil spirit you shouldn't mention or talk about" sort of way.

I just got my nipples pierced. It actually felt good, didn't hurt like I worried it might. I like them.

Yowza. I wouldn't say they hurt, but i also wouldn't say it feels good either. More like a very strong hot burning feeling, like dunking your nipples in icyhot and then setting the blowdryer on them.

Getting my nipples pierced was distinctly the most painful thing that I have felt.

When I was 16.
I don't have any. You'll have to settle with this attention whore picture.

On topic of nipple piercings, mine didn't feel good, but it wasn't the most painful piercing. I think I found my nose piercing more painful, actually. And definitely the chest.

How is it doing? I accidentally bumped my chest piercing the other day and I'm worried. I tore some of the skin and it bled, was not nice at all. Looks healed again now, but I fear this is the beginning of the end.

*Cough* I'm trying to come up with a way to express that stupid LMFAO song about working out without sounding ridiculously creepy.
Ahh, girl look at that body.

I have eight piercings right now (all but three are in ear cartilage) and I had another six that I took out. My most recent piercing was my lower lip and I was absolutely amazed both by how little it hurt in comparison to some I've had and how fast it healed. (I guess because there's no real cartilage there?)
The most painful piercing I had was my nasal bridge and I think the clamps hurt way more than the actual piercing did.

I've had 13 piercings in total. Currently I have 11 piercings and 4 tattoos. The two piercings that I no longer have are labret and nostril (I had to remove them when I started my nursing and midwifery training).

Hmm... Tattoos and piercings. I'm interested, but only up to a point.
I'm really boring at the moment, with one piercing in each ear and no tattoos. I definitely want another ear piercing, or maybe two, and maybe also one in my belly button, although I have heard some pretty horrible stories about that going wrong, so I'm not sure. I love massive dangly earrings, but I wouldn't wear stretchers.
An idea I've had for a while is to get one of my favourite quotes tattooed across under my boobs in fancy lettering. But I am really skinny (you can count my ribs quite easily), so I'm guessing it's going to hurt like hell.
At the moment though, I'm still under the control of my family, who have a grand total of no tattoos or piercings among them and hate the idea of me having any, so I guess I'm just going to have to wait.
