Goth FASHION

My name is Mamaslicer and I've always found goth fascinating. I now have to write a paper about goth fashion and I don't know the first thing about it. Can anyone help me out? I first need to lay a background as to what goth really is and why you became goth. What is your family's reaction to you being goth and is there a difference between white goths and african american goths. I hope someone is able to help me out. Cause I ain't gotta clue.
