Haha, Special Effects has some stuff that's UV reactive, but for the most part it's just good relatively long lasting dye.

Yay! *dances* I don't really care if my hair glows...in fact, that would be pretty awesome! But the stuff I have made my forehead glow for days, long after the hair had faded!

Yeah, I wanted Atomic Pink, which glows orange under blacklight, but they were all out :( I had to settle for cupcake pink, which isn't as bright. Oh well...I'll just have to settle for not being glaringly pink.
