it doesn't MEAN anything. 1337 is nothing more than the creation of regular, ol' letters by using symbols. for example - 1337 = leet. people who use it put all the symbols together to form the letters that form words. that's why it isn't quite what it's cracked up to be - a lot of work to say (usually) very little.

in truth, it's kinda like those 3-d pictures you have to stare at for a while before the picture becomes clear, if you remember them.
