The War on Drugs really bothers me. What bothers me more is the wealthy who can afford a commercial property, home and stocks can buy a legal defense that should apply to everyone. It is called a family limited partnership. It makes it so if someone was arrested for a crime the police can't take away their property. So ontop of living wills and tax shelters you have to be rich to be treated okay.
So this only applies to the small business owners and people with money, but if you do keep it safe. Maybe you already know, but just in case:
