Use Napalm FTP. Just put whatever you want and .MP3 or something.

I use BitTorrent p2p but try searching for some downloads on blogs.
I also found this pretty good Russian site a while back but forgot the URL. Sorry. But I think blogs are the best way to search. Some have full albums.
