Hi

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I try to keep myself busy so my hobbies include photography, reading, a little clothing DIY, cooking, art, writing poetry and spending hours browsing Last.Fm in search of new music to listen to. I also play guitar and write music using the PC and I'm currently learning to play the piano, bass guitar, mandolin and penny whistle.

2. Where are you from?
England

3. Who is your favorite author?
I don't have a particular favourite author. I read almost anything except romance novels. I have a deep hatred for them. I'm currently reading the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, Unpeople : Britain's Secret Human Rights Abuses by Mark Curtis, Middlemarch By George Elliot, This Is Your Brain On Music by Daniel Levitin and a few Terry Pratchett books.

4. What are your favorite films?
My all time favourite film is One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. I also enjoy, The Shining, Clerks, Shutter, Ring and House of Flying Daggers.

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
I've never really thought about this but something beautiful I should imagine

6. At your funeral?
Le Onde by Ludvico Einaudi

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Gloriously

8. What kind of casket would you want?
Something large and ornate. Black if at all possible and lined in purple.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
My favourite outfit is my floor length black lace skirt, black shirt and purple brocade underbust corset.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Summer holidays

11. What's your favorite band?
My favourite band is Pearl Jam, I make no apology for this. I do like a lot of different music though including Alice in Videoland, Angelspit, Combichrist, Alice in Chains, Alien Sex Fiend, My Dying Bride, Opeth, Paradise Lost,The Cure, Muse, Manic Street Preachers, Job for a Cowboy, NIN, Ministry and Sisters of Mercy, though I admit that I have only just started listening to Sister of Mercy so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
I have a few qualifications in music and media. I have yet to decide what I will do my degree in.

13. Why did you join?
To fill up my time

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Female

You actually liked Middlemarch?

EDIT: I noticed later you didn't actually say you liked it, just that you're currently reading it. Unless it's for school I'd recommend leaving it. In favour of some Hardy, for example, if you want to keep the high Victorian village setting.

Ah, I'm a little too old for actual school. It was just something I picked up that I hadn't read yet. I'm always open to suggestions about good reads though.

I'm sure the Queen is just fine.I wouldn't personally know, I think I live in a town that would be of very little interest to her. All we have here are teenage mothers and pastry shops. Still I'm sure she is doing very well.
