Where to start...

I'm not very good at introductions anymore. I am a bit out of tune with society...was in a chat room recently trying to converse, which went from a girl thinking I was male(I'm not bubbly enough?), where as I tried to entertain somehow and failed, although the word "fail" made the room roar(they respond well to failure of the sorts)
Ah, there was no intellect in there whatsoever : (

Short- I try not to be a hermit.
I do art that is nothing special.
On weekends I watch males play video games : /
And I have an oxymoron dog named Dismal who came from a battered home and feared humans(now she is an affectionate harlot)

all in all nice to meet ya!

You just about lost my interest until the line about the dog now being an affectionate harlot. That is a nifty turn of phrase.

I will tell you that there's not a lot of tolerance for self-pitying or mopy-goths around here, so don't play up that "I'm no-one, my art is nothing special" aspect too much.

Welcome to this place. I look forward to your contributions.

I'm just having an off month, usually I am very hyper and adventurous, but I think winter hates me.

So I sound mopy? Definitely will keep that in mind-thanks for pointing that out.

And I picked "No-one" for I did not want a cliche of a name, just wanted to seem somewhat like a shadow O_o

Also, I have tons of animals rescue stories, my mom lost her head and established a shelter for animals since I was 8 years old. As it stands, we have about 30 dogs now, use to have 75 cats.

thus, I am the crazy animal ladie's daughter.

I'm first in line to make fun of the animal rescue lady ... if she's the woman that has 20 cats in the house, can't keep up with them and the government has to come take them away. I remember a news story once where the woman had so many cats in her house (un-neutered and breeding like wild) that the entire neighborhood smelled of it. They actually ended up condemning the house!

On the other hand, people who have their heart in the right place (in other words, they genuinely have the animals' interests in mind and not just a self-centered need for affection) and start these wonderful shelters where rescued animals can have a happy, healthy home ... well, they get my admiration and respect. It's not easy work and there are a lot of obstacles to doing it well. And there is definitely a need for good animal shelters in the world, considering the number of people who get animals they can't ... or won't ... properly care for.

So if that's the kind of shelter your mom runs ... well, more power to her. I don't think that's crazy at all.

Well to tell you the truth, she's a wonderful dog sitter, but isn't all too good with taking care of cats(My aunt would be the crazy cat lady). The Government frowns over shelters, because its not making them any money, thus SPCA has always been in my life, if they can't get the animals they threaten to take away the children, in which some situations I can understand but not all.

We just got two dogs from a dog kennel, their teeth are rotted through and through, and she paid a lot of money for them, it feels like she's aiding those who breed them, but it can't be helped. So my mother isn't entitled to be crazy because she cares too much, but she was batty back when I was younger- everytime she got upset, she would go to a pet
store and come home with one or two new creatures(she went through a hamster stage.)

I honestly wish people would put more interest in dog mills, and hoarding cats into apartments...then just to watch from the borderlines and say" that's too bad"

I have ten cats in my house. You're not the only crazy animal person around here. If I ever find enough money, I want to establish a "cat farm" of sorts, a place where unwanted cats can come and live a happy life. There'd be enough room for dozens of cats to live comfortably, and they could either live out their lives on the farm or be adopted. They'd all have to be spayed or neutered, though.
