Naked man shocked by police Taser

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police reportedly used a Taser on a naked man who was following a resident out for a morning walk in the Midtown area.
The resident called police when the man began following closely behind near the 600 block of West Alabama. When officers arrived, the naked man refused to obey their commands and tried to run. A female officer approached the suspect and used her Taser on him when he failed to surrender.
The man fell onto his face and was checked out by paramedics before being arrested. Police found his clothes a few blocks from where he was arrested.
Ben - I always thought that a good shock to the nads might be an effectively preventive sentence for sexual crimes. I just never thought of letting the police handle it directly and eliminating the middle men.
