Back to School Dance
There's a back to school dance at my middle school on Friday.
Isn't that for high school?

I'm so glad this wasn't a 'what should I wear' whining thread. School dances are fun. Go dance with pretty girls/boys to bad music.

That's what my dad said. Exactly, even.
What, were you standing right behind me?

If it is anything like the dances that my middle school had there will be a lot of standing around and snacking on chips (I don't know why but there was only ever chips to snack on, my high school's dances had better food selection, which is weird because at that point people were actually interested in dancing and didn't really care about the snacks). Also they do play terrible music but are typically open to suggestions as the reason for the awful music is because that is what whoever organized the damn thing thinks that kids like.

Grind up against random girls and rub your shaft up against their ass. They love it, honest.

I know I'm still trying to figure out what music I like, and it's not what's on the radio. So how the hells do THEY know what we like?
My secret musical shame (because I can share this all of you and no one will make fun of me for it, right?): I like listening to club mixes when I ride in a car.
Am I doomed? Well, moreso than was already foretold?
On a side note, is moreso one or two words? Off, brain, off!

I think your dictionary says it's one word.

Yeah, but my browser spellchecker said it wasn't. It's been wrong before, and I hate misspelling words almost as much as bad grammar.
LEET speak is anything but.

This may be your only hope for avoiding certain doom, any DJ should have at least a few tolerable club mixes., unless they just have some random parent or someone as the DJ, then all hope is lost

Dance over. Didn't completely suck.
If I understand the rules correctly, I took no pictures. Therefore it didn't happen.

But please answer the important questions: What kind of music was played? And how was the quality of the snacks?
JCC, I had to reread that post several times, looking for clues that is was one of those JCC impostors that were running around here a while back. But it seems it WAS you ... just a bit out of character from the tone of your usual posts. Hmmm ...

You know those really bad songs that sorta sound like the original song but sung by someone else that you hear at Party City? The ones where all the bad words have been changed? Those.
Stale corn chips (likely lunchroom leftovers) served up in red plastic cups, and that nasty orange-ade stuff that have at McDs birthday parties in the big yellow tanks. That.
Did I mention I have to look up at all the girls right now?

Well if they're all wearing skirts, then that isn't really such a bad thing.

Well you weren't really specific on where you were looking up at them from.

I'm 5'1" and 130 pounds.
Although, I'm not in middle school, so I suppose it's not the same thing.
