The year finished and I have no certificate with my grades. And do you know why? Becuase I always manage to get myself into the silliest shit. Every time, in every school. My class was supposed to go to some rethoric thing and I didn't go. The next day the teacher started requesting that I still pay. I told her more or less to fuck off: she told us to bring the money along and to give it to her there so if I don't come then I don't pay. Basta. She refused to give me a grade in her subject if I didn't pay. I told her to talk to my mom, who, afterall, the money belongs to. She didn't do that. Instead, she went to another of my teachers and he gave her the money. Now he won't give me my grade certificate untill I give him the money back.
He could hang the ridiculous cirtificate on the wall if he wants to...it's a pretty one.

And it ia always like this weith me. I've changed 8 schools in my life and almost in every one there was some shit.

It's terrible when unfair things happen. It may not be the right or just thing to do, but I'd reccomend you just to pay.
Why worry about money when you yourself are worth more than both of them?

Unfortunately, I am not the type that gives in. It's genetic. I will play this game a little longer and see what happens...school starts again in a wekk, after all

It is just annoying, becuase last year my mother had financial problems and the school knew this very well becuse we had asked for some help a few times.
And when arguing with me about this money the teacher often refered to the help we have gotten before. It was a very unfair trick and I am not going to let it drop so easily. Now that we don't need any financial help from the school I have nothing to loose and I will turn this into a little war...then the year won't be so boring.

Oh jeesh, it's so typical. This always happens to me. I don't even want to think about my future life as an emplyee somewhere.

Erm, by the way, it's funny how some things don't get answers for like two months. I had even forgotten about the whole story.

I myself completely forgot about it and when I re-read I was thinking: heh, cool, that's happened to me too...and then: oh shit, that was me!
So yeah, it wasn't much of a problem in the first place.

But that's what I like about getting new people to this site, they have the tendancy to bring up the strangest threads all of the sudden.

Well, since this thread has been brought up so unexpectedly, I might as well continue this "school story".

Sooooooooooooooo, the forst day of school. As soon as I walk into the class the teacher attaks me with: "Don't you think you owe me something?"
I told him that as an dependant teenager I officialy posses no money and so could not possibly owe him anything, so the right thing to do would be to finally fuckin talk to my MOTHER.
Later on, he was discussing buying text books that cost 50 cent...then he turned to me asked : "Will you have enough for that?" I told him I'll ask my MOTHER.
Many similar sarcastic remarks were fired at me during the lesson.
Finilly he told me that I will not get not only my grade-certificaste but also my school books for this year. He then ignored my comment that this could be clearly defined as opression.
This incident showed me just how inefficient the man is...even in opressing. All I needed to do was go to the secretary, pay for the books and get them.

So NOW the guy will certainly never see the 20 Euros.

That ass of a teacher shouldn't have his job, teachers should be motivated because they like teaching young people. Here in California, the lawyers would be jumping all over your school and him. He would only make that mistake once.

He is the favorite teacher in the whole school. If I turn this into a scandal, everyone will be on his side. Such storeis have happened to me several times before (but with women). Teachers like to group up against a student and just talk him down, confuse him and misuse their authority. And they always prefure keeping the parents out of it.
But this guy is really mentaly still a teenager and I can't hold it against him.....since I never took him seriously anyway. I am thinking of playing the game differently, namely not flipping out but confusing him with strange remarks that will show his accusations as being just as silly and childish.
