The better intro.

Ok, first things first. I work in a shoe shop, seeling shoes to the general public who are unaware of what shit they are actually buying. I've recently decided to join to bandwagon of keeping my self healthy. In order to achieve this I've taken up a pole dancing class. I figured it could be a useful skill.

I'm from the city of Derry in Ireland. Not much happens here except everyone is wearing skinny jeans, too many bright colours and listening to emo music.

My favourite author would be Sylvia Plath. Her work is very insightful and she is a brilliant. Just sheer brilliance.

I like a lot of films, too many to mention but I guess I should say something. I love Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Cashback and Pan’s Labyrinth. I’ll watch anything that Angelina Jolie is in, not for quality just for her. 300 was amazing, as was Sin City.

My wedding music is open to suggestion. The old classic of Bob Dylan is a very strong contender.

And my funeral? Well, if I die of cancer, it would be Regina Spektor – Chemo Limo. If I die of anything else then I will just leave the music up to my nearest and dearest.

I want to die peacefully. Failing that I would have to say in an extremely rock and roll manner. In a drug fuelled, naked and hungry party. Or a high speed car chase.

I’ve heard of those caskets that have a glass viewing panel that allows for people to see how well you’re decomposing. I think one of those, lined with velvet.

To be honest, I’m not original in my dress at all. I opt for jeans and some form of top. Whatever suits my mood really.

Honesty. That is the one thing I envy in children and wish I could still retain. Children just speak their mind about anything, no restrictions. That, and being able to openly express their emotions. I can’t remember the last time I’ve cried in public.

I don’t have a favourite band, I am prepared to listen to anything, within reason that is. No hardcore dance/trance.

I am in my final year of secondary school, about to finish my A-Levels. Then I have the agonising wait to see if university will take me. I really have my heart set on Edinburgh, so fingers crossed.

I joined in the hope of finding something interesting. Something that will keep me occupied for hours and drained of sleep. Something to enlighten and educate me.

I am an 18 year old female. Maybe now it is a better intro.

Yes, it is a good into indeed!

I loved the movie 300. I just felt it the ending left me wanting some more. Don't you think?

You mean you won't listen to a song by say, Combichrist?

Combichrist has a couple fun songs and a shitload of stupid ones.

But yeah, welcome Post Modern Girl! Ever listen to Virgin Prunes or My Bloody Valentine?

I'm not into Combichrist either. You're not missing a whole lot.

Welcome, you seem cool.

Welcome to the boards! I am into combichrist, you should give them a listen at least. But Grendel is a much better electronic band, give them a listen too.

Oooh! Tractor's a silly one and teaches you not to take them seriously in any way, shape or form. And, um, I have a bit of a weakness for Blut Royale. Trad I may be, but sometimes I just need to aggressively stomp and yell on the dancefloor.
Grendel's most famous song is 'Soilbleed', identifiable by the Marine Corps chorus. It's been remixed almost as many times as Headhunter!
