I've known about Headbanging being bad for you for a while. Which is why I save it for the best songs XD.

And Celine Dion's singing is what nightmares are weaved out of.

Haha. I saw something like that the other day.

I don't know about any of you, but I actually have hurt my neck banging my head. I couldn't move my neck for a month.

I've gotten headaches and stiffness from Headbanging, But keep in mind that I was doing it all day at Ozzfest.

Quoted for truth.

If you can believe it, it was actually at a concert at my old church.
I just got a little too into it. Those were my metal days.

I don't remember much of what happened except that I couldn't hold my head in place and I got really sick.

I heard a rumor that people who headbang a lot develop some thing inside their skull which gives extra protection to their brain.
And I always wondered why my ex boyfriend could run headfirst into brick walls and retreat unscathed....

Hmm. Maybe it's bullshit.

He didn't.
He will probably suffer for that later in life.
Or perhaps he is already. I mean, you'd have to have something missing in your head if you're willing to run into a brick wall.

I think you're right. Now that I think of it, it was another ex who told me the headbanging thing. So it must be bullshit, just like everything else that came out of his mouth.
