Fashion DIY tips and gratuitous plugs. And hair. Hair! Flow it, show it. Wait...no. That's some hippie musical. Nevermind. |

Its cute but the fabric looks like it isn't the best quality you could most likely make it yourself and not only save a good deal of money but end up with a much better product.

Bleagh...I can see how some of EGL (sweet, goth, punk, sailor, classic, etc.) can be cute but a lot of it can be just too cutesy, excessive and Sparklypoo (10 points if you get that) for my taste.

The design is rather charming, but I concur with Ms. Solumina regarding the quality of the material. Perhaps, if you are sewingly-challenged, you could still purchase this dress and do simple modifications and additions of trim and other decorations to give it that extra flare and make it more your own.

To clarify, is this a thread specifically devoted to you wanting to buy that dress, or is this a thread for others to list what they want to buy as well?

It's not tatty enough.
Buy it and set fire to it.
And for the sake of giving this thread (slightly) more point.
I really want some fucking platforms.

Oh this thread is for everyone...sorry i didn't clarify on that. And malice those boots would be kick ass...I have some platforms that lace up to my upper thigh that I thought would look cute with the dress... I'm not that great at sewing and making my own pattern so I don't really want to risk wasting a bunch of material trying to make it myself lol.

Oh, I -love- Gothic L0lita!! I love the design of that dress as well, and wish I was young enough, little enough, and rich enough to afford such things en masse! ^_^
I think the skeleton head rose would go -perfectly- with it, too!! *squee*

I really want this top
I'm thinking of asking a friend to see if she can make up a pattern and make me something based on the design seeing as it is by Roberto Cavalli and costs $960 so I can't even come close to affording it.

I know, but the guy really does have a way with fabric *sigh* I miss being a spoiled rich kid. Oh well, at least I have some friends who are fantastic at reproducing looks, and one of them currently has a lot of free time and that shirt would go perfectly with my new skirt.

I've been wanting this for ages. I'll totally get it once $242 doesn't seem to me like way too much for a necklace... if that ever happens.

and
Sadly, the parasol is out of stock and the dress would need to be let out a little.
Edit: Hm, the link for the dress wont work. :l
Cicero, that necklace is from necromance, isn't it?

I stopped shopping there because, while it is Dov Charney's free choice with however he wants to market things, and the employees get good pay, Dov Charney is too disgusting and sexist for me to buy into that mentality.
Even though I love there things.
