Hello there. I'm fairly new to the whole subculture, so forgive my lack of knowledge on the topic of "what is and is not goth". I'm still learning
I'm going to make use of your handy little checklist now.
1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I write and read fanfiction, I draw things, I watch NCIS and whatever else is on TV, and I sleep. My job is school. Now if only they'd pay me...
2. Where are you from?
Uhm, Earth? Nah, I come from the wonderful (not) USA!
3. Who is your favorite author?
Do fanfiction authors count? If so, it's either The Silenced or Dust Traveler. Otherwise, I'd have to say Carole Wilkinson.
4. What are your favorite films?
Spirited Away, Anastasia and Pokemon: Jirachi Wish Maker. Yes, I said Pokemon
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Uhh... If whoever it is would share my love of Voltaire, I'd want "Brains". Otherwise, I'd compromise.
6. At your funeral?
"Graveyard Picnic" by Voltaire
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Of an unusual disease, preferably one that won't mess with my brain, in a hospital.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
Hehe... I don't know if this is real, but if I could, I'd want an airtight glass one with grey vine-like designs at the edges. If that doesn't exist, I'd want a black-painted wood casket with the same vine design, but in red.
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
My purple and dark-brown streaked Xhiliration shirt, black leggings, black socks with a snowman pattern, my hand-made bracelet with blue beads, and a yellow star bead in the middle, my skull necklace and skull belt, and my dark purple lipstick that is somehow always mistaken for black.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Not having a bunch of nasty math homework, getting naptime (I wish I'd actually slept during naptime! Now I don't have it when I really would sleep!). I'm still a kid, so "little kid" to me is pre-school.
11. What are your favorite bands?
Voltaire, of course. I also like Inkubus Sukkubus and Within Temptation, among others.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
I'm going to 8th grade next school year. I want to major in art and teaching. Can you guess what I want to do for careers?
13. Why did you join?
To talk to other people with similar interests to mine. Also, I want to learn more about goth. The more I know, the less likely I will be to say something stupid about it.
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
