Melange
Here is a sort of "mash-up" I did in a few phases; one of the first was to take the phrases in poetry books, a short poem that I wrote, and newspaper articles to make a poem. I thought that this was a little "out-of-the-box" and worth posting. The poems will also be posted individually.
After I spoke to you Death toll for contractors reaches new high As military effort steps up The bittersweet handshake The I-love-yous Her father's body barred from returning home With outstretched cheeks and bulging eyes Muslims later clashed with security forces. Crusades. Even before I existed. Air and screams, too, rubble, flitting, litter, shadows A huge deafening blast sending bodies into the air Please waken. I can't get better when I can't see you.
