Can IP adresses be banned on this site? You should ask the admin to ban both of the above IP adresses, so they cannot keep coming back to troll on diffrent account names.

they can be banned (the old mods did it on a few occasions) but in order for that to happen you would actually have get the attention of the admins who aren't actually active on the site
