Oragasm Headache
Okay, has this ever happened to anyone else, or should I get this checked out.
Last night, I had one of the BIGGEST orgasms in my entire existence--I mean, like I was crying and stuff--but when I came upon like my third or so big O, I actually started getting a headache--a horrid headache so bad I had to tell him to stop and it lasted pretty near all night--was it a tension thing--a chemical thing? has this happened to anyone else? Should I see a doc?
i ask her because I think of Goth net the only place open minded enough to psoe sucha question -- thanks guys...

Uhm, congrats, first of all!
And as for seeing a doctor, if you're not still experiencing symptoms, I wouldn't bother.

Well it was the biggest Orgasm in your intire existence, lol, and considering you had THREE, I don't think it's anything serious. Just, a lot lot of tension and like energy. I wouldn worry about it x]

Sounds like that guy needs to write a book. Or maybe produce an instructional video.

Rae Ven Rae,
It was either a reactionary tension headache or, depending on your susceptibility, it could have been a migraine. Unless, of course, during your throes of passion you managed to smack your head against something solid and were unaware of it. I would bet more on the tension headache.
Avoiding headaches,
Matt

Well, I can honestly say that, aside from sensations, I don't recall very much prior to the headache--I was in "dah zone" so to speak...so I could have clocked my head...
*ahem...*

It could be either tension or chemical, or both. I've experienced it too, both the girl having so much pleasure it ends with a headache,or that I have so much pleasure that I get similar results. I'm actually quite glad to see that someone else noticed it because it would be interesting to see if someone figures out what's causing it exactly. I'd bet its both since an orgasm is a release of a "bag of goodies" in our brain and nerves.
or on a more silly tone, I think we're such damn good lovers with the partners we make love with that we zoom past seventh heaven and hit the roof, hence the headache. *nudges Rae jokingly*

kewl--good to know someone else experienced it--I wonder how prevalent that is, and if it happens with multiple orgasms or just one intense one???
what do you usually do when you have one to alleviate it?

I'm leaning toward the seventh heaven and hitting the roof. She normally has multiples.

with the girls I talked it over with, multiple usually, as for alleviating it: a hot shower, preferably with the loved one, and/or watching a movie on TV (I know, TV is not THAT romantic but watching something like that is relaxing and usually makes headaches go away. )

I've had that as well. Although I'm always happy to have that problem; it seems like the benefits outweigh the punishments.

For me, a really great orgasm gets rid of headaches, not causes them...
But trying to do anything else too soon afterward has caused headaches. It's nature's way of saying to slow down and enjoy the glow.

From past experience and just putting two and two together,I would say perhaps the headache phenomenon has to do with elevated blood pressure. Between extended physical activity, certain muscle groups tensing in ways they otherwise wouldn't, possible positions where the head is level with or lower than the rest of the body, etc., it just makes sense to me.
oh yeah, congradulations. Sounds like you caught one to keep.
* wink, wink*
