Dance Dance Revolution

I'm supposed to be studying for finals, and instead I'm wasting my time playing Dance Dance Revolution.
I just love the game!
Nevertheless, I can only handle the game up to a level six song (the levels are the little feet that appear before you choose the song).
A friend challenge me to a DDR duel on this next wednesday, so I'm trying to achieve at least playing a level seven with ease.
So, who else is obsessed with DDR?

I would, but falling on my face is not my favorite thing to do in the world.

I have only played DDR once, and that was because my sister's friends brought over their stuff. I would like to play it more often. . .

I've been an adict to DDR for around 4 years now, and I still play it so much and love it! I play Heavey ofcourse but I tend to add varations to songs when I play such as multiplying the speed or reversing the song. Like I said I'm an adict.

I love DDR! But I haven't played in about a year...
I used to play for hours and pass out, and I'd be seeing little flashing arrows in my head forever XD
I only ever got up to playing easy songs on the hard level (it depends which version you play, though I don't remember how many feet I could do).
Has anyone ever been to flashflashrevolution.com?

DDR is great, especially since you can download more songs onto your computer (I've heard) and then somehow play them on a game system?

However, as for the arcade, I'm more of a Pump it Up fan. I prefer the center buttons and the diagonals, and I think the songs are better.

Have any of you ever participated in a tournament? The one I go to every year always has one (the freestyle portion is unbelievable!). The prizes are pretty decent too.

StepMania. It's DDR for the Pc with USB enabled, for those with a USB/PS2 FireWire (Like I have) I can connect my DDR pad to my PC. Flash Flash Revolution is NOTHING compared to StepMania :B
