Granted. She stops wearing girly outfits, steals all your underwear and walks around town wearing nothing BUT your underwear, making a spectacle of herself and embarrassing you when you're with your friends.

Granted. You play so perfectly you fall in love with your own playing skills and begin spiraling into musical madness, secluding yourself in your room, tearing them apart. You emerge from your room, scraggly and smelly from months without bathing, to find your home in absolute disarray, but playing the flute perfectly.
I wish I could eat like a horse and still be as fit as a cheetah.

Granted. Fixing computers now has become such a pain to fix, even after your years of expirence you now have great difficulty fixing them. Now finding a boyfriend became just as easy...
I wish I could get accepted in an university in Canada...

Granted, but what they play decently is kind of obscure Lithuanian accordion based polka, and have no talent for any other instrument or kind of music.
