I know I know... some of you don't like Slipknot but I really don't give two flying fucks.
Just asking if anyones heard anything from their new album.
Downloaded it yesterday, to be honest I think it's quite a good album, not every song is majorly good, but there's a fair few which are pretty good.
Just asking your opinion. Feel free to say if it sucks or not... but i'd appreciate it if you don't go on a rant about how they suck.

Dead Memories is a good song, Wherein Lies Continue and Vendetta are good songs too.

It's okay. I heard it as soon as they released it on the radio and then even got a look at their new mask.
The first and Iowa are and will always be the best in my opinion.
None of their other albums live up to that soundwise.
And their new one is just, well okay.

Hmm. Over all, I really like "I Am Hated'
and ''Everything Ends'.

On the new one, 'Psycho Social' doesn't get me. It's the most popular song off the album I believe. The guitar is lighter than usual, their's not enough hard screaming.

Maybe I should just leave Slipknot alone.
I know they're not going to be able to go back to Iowa and their self-titled album and expecting them to do so is only going to disappoint me.

I love Psychosocial, it's better than All Hope is Gone IMO.

I've got tickets to see em live in October which should be pretty cool. They're with Machine Head.
