Yeah, that was the mandatory joke of the introduction.

So, Jochon, do you have any hobbies? What kinds of books do you like? What sort of music do you prefer... tell us about yourself.

I don't know enough about you to welcome you, stranger. Tell us a little about your hobbies, tastes and interests ... give us a reason to welcome you.

And declining to talk about what makes you unique with a dumb comment like "I don't like talking about myself" is not a good idea.

I don't really like to talk about myself, unless I do.

Well, my hobbies are playing video games, arguing for the sake of arguement, listening to music whilst doing one or both of the previously listed "hobbies", writing short stories, being depressed (no joke, I actually enjoy it.. which is a bit contradicting, I know), and meeting new people.

I seriously love new people, they know nothing about you and so you get a fresh start every time you meet one.. new people are the best.

What music do I like?

Well I guess that all depends on the song I guess, I like for instance both 'Hurt' and 'Deliah' by Johnny Cash, but other than that I'm not too big a fan.

But if I had to go by genre I would put Indie, Rock, and Victorian Industrial as my top 3.

I love the works of Emilie Autumn, The Dresden Dolls, Muse, and especially Queen.

My interests?

I guess that I listed hobbies as interests actually.. I don't really have any hobbies.

Tastes?

Depends on what kinda taste you mean, if you think about music, it's pretty much listed, and if you mean by clothing and hair and such: I wear a long black leather coat, a white shirt with a black t-shirt on the outside, a pair black pants, and a combo breaking pair of red shoes.

Also I wear rings from different countries on each finger, I have a sidecut(Meaning I have long hair, but I shaved nearly half my head so that people will ask me silly questions), and a "lovely" personality that makes people glare at me whenever I am in their vicinity, they're just jealous.. I'm sure of it.

If you meant "tastes" as in food, then I like tacos & noodles.

I think that'll be enough for now, if you need any more information I would love to answer questions ^^

Really excellent answer. Some good choices there. I like Queen too. You'll find a section here where video games are discussed frequently.

Arguing for the sake of arguing? You'll fit right in!

Welcome to this place. I look forward to your contributions.

TV, Movies, & Games

I'm pretty sure somebody started a Halo thread at one point or another. I have a PS3 but I've played Halo on a friend's x-box. It's a good game.

I'll befreind you, for hell's sake. That is, if you care for crazy bastards such as myself. When it comes to video games, I enjoy the Final Fantasy series greatly--I happen to make RPG's in a similar style to the original super-NES versions. I dig a good action game, too, of course.

As for arguement, I was just this morning arguing with a girl about the nature of instinct (in dogs), and she got mad at me and hung up. You should argue by your own merit, not type while you're on the phone and recite web pages. I win.

I may post a new thread on it, just to gather opinions on the subject, what do you think? Is it too simple and common-sense obvious, like I told her it was?

<3 Cash.

You seem like a cool guy, not the kind that seeks out people to brutally smack around for no reason. but actually converses with the people you argue with.
I agree, talking down (or up) about yourself can make you a target here--for a couple of guys, anyway. Welcome to the forums!

It is, isn't it? <3

Can't wait for Halo: Reach to be released, seriously I'm getting all kinds of different syndromes waiting for it.

New friend <3

I have actually never played Final Fantasy, but I saw two of their films, and I really like them.

If you're saying that a dog's instincts makes sense, then ofcourse you're right.

Otherwise it's instincts would've been programmed differently.

Oh, I wish I could brutally smack someone, but I know that I can't win a fight that way so I don't even try it ^^

Yeah, I probably should get myself some armor before making myself a target, lucky for me I only got nice people in my introduction thread <3

Damnit.. now I crave tacos.

We should never mention tacos, it's simply too delicious to be mentioned.

The second someone says the word "Tacos" I crave it, Go damnit..

But it's getting late, good night <3
