Hello
Hello, everyone! My name is Babs. I just created my account here. I look forward to getting to know you guys.
A little about myself:
I am 25 years old. I enjoy designing jewelry, watching movies, writing stories, and playing or listening to music. I've played drums for bands in the past and am the lead singer in my current project.
I was born and raised in Michigan. I graduated from Mott Community College with an Associates Degree in Business. I was married Friday the 13th of October five years ago. We used Apocalyptica as the music in our wedding. My husband and I are currently raising two bratty dogs - Blade, a golden retriever, and Horatio, a pomchi.
I don't have a preference for dying - but I hope it doesn't involve fire or being crushed. I want to be burried in a simple pine box, not embalmed.
My favorite band is Dir en grey. I'm also currently very fond of 30 Seconds to Mars, Hurt, and Rob Zombie. I'll listen to pretty much anything, though. My favorite authors are H.G. Wells and Ray Bradbury. My favorite book is 'A Clockwork Orange'. My favorite movies are 'Pitch Black' and 'Gattaca'.

Ignore him. He's new too.
We get new members fairly regularly, however most of tehm post like, 4 times and then never come back again.
Anyway, welcome aboard. You should fill out the sticky questions. They're surprisingly useful for figuring out if we should hate you or not.

IDK, those music selections aren't looking too good to me. If she likes Bananas in Pajamas she's in, though.

By sticky questions, do you mean the questions in the 'Introduce yourself here...' thread? I can't find any other ones...

Yes. The sticky questions means the questions in the thread that has been "stickied" to the top of the Introductions section. You've actually answered a few of them in your intro paragraphs.
I like "Pitch Black" too, don't know what a pomchi is but won't trade yours for my papillon, and think you'll find a few other practicing (if not professional) musicians around here.
Welcome to this place. I look forward to your contributions.

Papallions are awesome. What's its name?
Pomchi=pomeranian/chihuahua. He looks like a de-fluffed Pomeranian, or a giant sewer rat, if you ask my friends... not that any of them have every seen a giant sewer rat.
Anyways... the almighty questions:
1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
Write stories, watch Movies, Play Video Games, Play drums and sing
I'm the Jewelry Supervisor for a Walmart during the day. At night I corrupt the world as the trecherous Ninja Bunnie.
2. Where are you from?
Hometown - Burton, MI
Currently living - Flint, MI
3. Who is your favorite author?
H.G. Wells
4. What are your favorite films?
Pitch Black, Gattaca, Saw
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Already married - we played Metallica covers by Apocalyptica and used rock versions of the intro and exit music.
6. At your funeral?
"In This River" - Black Label Society
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Hard one to choose... can I die more than once? Gunshot or Drowning. I really want to know what it feels like to be shot before I die. Or stabbing would be interesting, too.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
Plain pine box
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
Black bondage pants, tank top with prison stripes, black field cap, white and black Adidas shoes, black arm warmers, a leather and chain bracelet I made
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Being alone.
11. What's your favorite band?
Dir en grey
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
Graduated High School, Associates in Business
13. Why did you join?
I was interested in meeting new people with similar interests.
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Female

Welcome to GNet.
i kinda like the music selection here, Graus. But you know me...i listen to everything. lol
i'm still a bit scarred from watching the Dir en Grey video Obscure. And that's saying something. One of the good things i came away with my short interaction with Eclipse the Son.

His first name is Corky - because as a kid, when I'd get into mischief and my parents would want to scold or punish me, if my grandfather was around he'd intervene on my behalf ... excusing my behavior with the phrase, "He's a corker!" So it's a tribute to my grandfather, who I had some pretty darned good times with as a kid.
My papillon's middle name is Rian, which is Gaelic for "little king".
