Hi, I'm new
Hiya, I was just looking up some Goth Forums and saw this one. This seems like a really good forum with lots of people. I should qualify by saying that I am not a Goth, but I like lots of the same things. So anyway, on to my intro survey...
1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job) My hobbies are, reading (horror, science fiction, especially cyberpunk, fantasy, and really anything that catches my fancy), writing (I write the same stuff as I read), music, movies, I like going to museums, galleries, plays, and concerts. You know standard stuff.
2. Where are you from? I was born and grew up in Flint, Michigan
3. Who is your favorite author? Richard Paul Russo, William Gibson, Stephen King
4. What are your favorite films? Blade Runner, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Tank Girl, Dark City, Jacob's Latter, Shaun of the Dead, Young Frankenstein, and lots more that would take up too much room.
5. What music do you want played at your wedding? None. I'm eloping.
6. At your funeral? Wild Child by Iggy Pop
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die? I don't really have any specifics, but I do know I want it to be memorable
8. What kind of casket would you want? Black with plum velvet lining
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit? Don't really have one
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid? The pure joy I would get from little things
11. What's your favorite band? I love so many! The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Bau Haus, The Ramones, Type O Negative, Tool,,,and many more.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major? I have a BA in English with a minor in theater
13. Why did you join? It looked like a cool place to post stuff
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender? Since I'm not sure my first 13 answers identified me or not, I'm female.

Half of me wants to say "Welcome to g-net!" but the other half says I can't, since I signed up a mere 2 days ago. Welcome anyway. :]

Welcome to the boards!!!
Bram Stoker's Dracula is a classic, and I also liked Shaun of the Dead. It was funny.
I like your choice of bands.
Well enjoy your stay here.

Haha, I know what you mean. I always feel a bit odd saying welcome when I'm new too.

Hello, fellow new-person!
Can someone else that's new really welcome a person to a place they're not even familiar with?
Either way, nice to read your bio! Hope you like this place as much as I do. ._.
