Ohh, I see. Has anybody any recommendations for a good running shoe that's not too expensive? I don't wear leather so it'd have to be a synthetic or other material.

You can get a pretty good pair just about anywhere, Kmart, Walmart, Target, and Payless are all good places to look, just make sure that they fit well in the arches as people's arches come in various shapes and different brands contour their arches differently.

I can't think of anything else to add to my workout routine. I gave up drinking soda((well not completely)), snacking on junk foods, began drinking water((equal to the amount of soda I used to drink every day)). Now, I've added weight lifting into the mix, 2 sets of tens in bicep curls squats military press, ankle... whatever they're called and... well yeah. Soon as I can find those ankle weights, I can put those on for when I go on my daily walk.

Hey, if you think you've got it bad, then you should seriously see my stomach.
I look like I'm fucking pregnant and I have fucking cellulite on my thighs and around my arse.
Exercising isn't that hard, and there are more ways to do it than you think.
There are lots of fun ways to do it.
Buy a DVD by Mr. Motivator. He's an excellent exercise mentor, and his workouts are really fun to do. The one DVD I recommend is the BLT (Bums, Legs and Tums) workout.
You could go swimming. That works on your arms, legs, bottom and stomach.
If that isn't your forte, then go cycling.
Or buy workout machines.
But don't fucking complain about it and then do nothing about it.
That's my sisters job.

If you want to lose weight, you have to do some cardio.
Don't even bother lifting weights unless you lose some fat first, because you'll just build muscle under a layer of fat, which is not good.

Like I told Tam, walking is NOT the way to go. You have to run, swim, bike...something...for AT THE VERY LEAST 20 minutes a day.
It'll be hard at first, but it gets easier, and it's very rewarding.

Yeah, seriously walking is worthless, you burn more calories at a comedy club laughing your ass off then you would walking.

Also I still maintain 6 small meals a day is where it's at for a high metabolism. High metabolism helps you burn calories faster. You eat more throughout the day and lose weight, holy shit son. That's a win win situation right there.

You'll have to weep I'm afraid. I can't stay like this, I've been celibate for 6 years and I'm tired of it now.

Why? I don't need to go out, I need MOAR jogging ( not that the offer isn't appreciated of course, it's nice to be asked for a change ) . It's a pity the pool doesn't open later otherwise I'd try to cram swimming in as well after work.

Just eat healthy and eat all your fruits and veggies everyday.
Oh, dancing helps also.

True story. And Honeythorn, I would be quite happy to end that 6 year streak. Not by taking you out, but more so by just coming over to your place and playing some "Lovage" on the stereo at quite a loud volume. And doing things that g.net would probably censor out with **********. I hope you'd have an enjoyable time. :]

For those of you unfamiliar, especially Mr. Duckman/Footguy up there. Check out Lovage's album "Music to Make Love to Your Old Lady By."
