Thank you Ben.

Sir Canvas: Yes having particularly dynamic facial expressions wasn't something I ever completely mastered during my short stint as a model. What can I say? Can't all be perfect.

That's just an excuse for you to ignore your responsibility to account for your inadequacies.

Perhaps. But then who would you have to bait online if we all bothered to account for our inadequacies?

And thank you very much Methadrine.

Just diet and exercise. Lots of it. Smaller portions, less carbs, cut right back on sugar ect. I walk 5 miles home 4 times a week ( fast pace , lots of long up and downhills and a few steep bits ) , Aerobics on Mondays , Gym twice in the rest of the week and swimming for 90 mins on a Sunday morning. I might sling in another class or gym session actually. I may as well since all that stuff is included in the price of my membership *shrug*

I'm pretty sure I remember you posting in this thread; about being a good kisser, and good at eating out girls, and some folk were all like "ewwww, we don't wanna hear thaaaaaat" and then I don't remember seeing you for a while.

It really isn't so difficult once you make being healthy a part of your every day life, really it becomes quite enjoyable.

No, health trumps bullshit passivity. You'll understand this when you lose your toes to type-2 dia-beetus.

Janina- you look better with your make-up underdone in the second pic. But your legs... daaaamn.

I started running around the lake across the stree from my apartment and it was absolutely miserable. Even though I was getting better at it, it sucked. Having to plan your day around that shit, fuck that. It cuts too deeply into my free time and work plans. I understand eating healthy, but fuck exercise.

So you don't like running. Understandable, but there are tons of other ways to get exercise.

You're really not doing much to combat that "Fatass Southerner" stereotype are you?

Thanks hun.

And yes, pain in the ass as exercise may seem, not getting any is a great way to spend the later years of your life kicking yourself because your body is wasting away.
