They get paid a little more because they have to plug their bloody vaginas. Hygiene or something rather.
Also, their physical fitness requirements are significantly less then the men, but they still get paid the same without the allowance I just mentioned. I think that's pretty lame.
EDIT. Not trying to troll you. I think combat jobs should get paid more then support, too. It's not about women for me, it's more about sharing the work load.

It's really not fair, though.
But I guess in the rest of the world, women still get paid less... so there really isn't a whole lot I could objectively say about it. XD

Yes. The army trains on a budget and always opts to not use blanks for small scale drills. A lot of the time I'm sitting there going "bang bang bang" at invisible terrorists.
I've heard "pew pew pew" before. I prefer "bang bang bang" as opposed to "pew pew pew" because it's slightly more dignifying.

It's awful training. People don't believe me when I tell them I've had to say "Bang bang, you're dead" over the radio of a tank.
Stun phasers would be an improvement. ; ;
The army has lasers, but the shit doesn't work 90% of the time. It pisses me off because it's all super cumbersome, but we have to wear it because it gets some general hard when he sees it like it's supposed to work.
