He's kind of a hermity old man for only being 28. But he's a bitter devorce who came from a European city and got dumped in this shit-hole town, and is now a CNA in an even more shit town. I recently found out his mom has a picture of me hanging in her house in Dublin becasue we stuck together through thick and thin. Before I met him I really had no ambition to leave my home-town or do anything with my life, and I think it's funny that he was the one to get my ass into gear so that I could the art scholarship for Austria. He gave me my first pair of doc martains, and introduced me to a lot of information about Irish anarchists and organizing. He used to organize anti-racism demonstrrations when he was younger. He's also bitter because we wants so badly to have a voice in politics here, but he has to wait five years to get his citizenship.
So, yeah. He's my dyke tyke (like a fag hag for a lesbian).
But he's also a cruel bastard, and hates most people, and we fought like animals when we lived together. Hardly anything survived in that house because we always ended up throwing shit at each other, and I kicked a lot of holes into our shelves and shit with my boots haha. He used to say "living with a 19 year old lesbian is NOT as sexy as it sounds."
Jim Beam isn't bad at all. I was pleasantly surprised when I had it, because I thought all whiskey tasted like the Ezra Brooks or Wild Turkey my dad gets.

Mir - glad it was a small thing, and that you are back up and running.

I have two laptops, plus a computer, so I was never offline in any case. It's just that that laptop has a 17" screen, and is my primary machine. I'm still using my backup laptop because this one has a keyboard (I pulled out the keyboard on my main machine after having spilt a drink on it), but I'll be going back to that machine once I've built it up to where I need it to be.
As a result, I will also be reverting back to my 2-3 word posts cursing people.

I'm a little bothered bcause I went to the gay bar with my streight friends last night, and I can honestly say that besides the bar for old fogies, it's the coolest bar in town and has the best DJ.
I'm just concerned that they pinned down my demographic so well. It's probably because in America, especially small-town America, house and pretty much all other forms of dance music are associated with being gay. But they were playing fucking My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult.

Sweetness, I'd just be happy that some place catered so well to my particular tastes, and I'd enjoy it while it was around.
