They have the same ingredients as regular biscuits (as in what we Americans call biscuits) but you don't kneed them at all and you drop them on a cookie sheet with a spoon, they end up being less uniform then regular biscuits but they are a little lighter and fluffier

They are super easy, just pre-heat your oven to 450*F, put 2 1/4 cup Bisquick in a medium sized mixing bowl, add 2/3 cup milk, stir until moist, then drop about 9-10 biscuits onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake until the tops are golden (about 8-10 min). They are super easy and so yummy, also if you want to make strawberry shortcake just add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the recipe and when they are done just top with some cut up strawberries
(also for a half batch then I would recomend a toaster oven as it heats up way faster and does a beautiful job)
