That's #13. Number 11 is the little Corgi that's stretched out on the couch. I've never seen a dog sleep like that!
Usually, if dogs sleep on their backs they sleep with their hindlegs splayed and their forepaws over their heads. That little guy looks just like a little furry human (although that's probably not much of a compliment).

I understand that about meds, and I don't begrudge the people that they work for the opportunity to have them. Personally, I've tried a number of different medications and combinations over the years, and the side effects have been horrible - both short term, and long term.
I'm a lot more stable and a lot more able to cope with things when I'm not medicated. They do work for a lot of people, I'm just not one of those people.
WMMD: I went out for pizza and cocktails with friends last night - which was fabulous fun.. but more than that, there was a new person who turned up to the group and chatting to him later he told me that he had a great time. There was another girl there who rarely comes out to events, and she said that she's really looking forward to the next one. And two of my friends from another 'circle of friends' came along as well, and they loved it.
I'm always surprised when I organise an event and people enjoy it.

I went through four months trying to get used to the side effects of the current meds I'm on, and the dose is the lowest one possible.
You shouldn't be surprised at people enjoying themselves at an event you organised. It's not up to you to make people have fun - they should be self-motivated to do that themselves.
WMMD: Having lunch with a GF (her shout). A free carpark. And realising that all the times I've shouted people things in the past, are all coming back when I need help. I've got a wonderful bunch of friends, who are more like family. I love them to pieces.
Plus realising that I have my health, I do not live in a war zone. I have a roof over my head, and food in my belly and a fan to keep me cool. My rescue cat gets to see out his days, lazing around the house, and that the important things in life (love, hugs, kisses, nature) are all still free to enjoy. Life is wonderful.

So.. I just worked out the math for seeing how many years it would take to float from the moon to earth on the power created by one ejaculation.
...if they taught math like this at school then maybe it wouldn't have been so hard to learn it.

Wouldn't it kinda HAVE to be hard for that equation to make sense...?

Found items. Lost two very, very important things this week. (Premature dementia setting in no doubt). Was sure I would never see them again, since one was lost for a week. Did a lot of SERIOUS praying. Found them both today. Happy me.

Was the only one in class who came in with a finished lab project, an FM transmitter; not to mention it worked immediately unlike my classmates some of whom have yet to make theirs work, much less finish! Yay!

I picked up a used bass guitar a few days ago, and while I've forgotten how to play almost everything I used to know and my fingers have become soft and weak, I'm rapidly gaining back ground. I forgot how much fun this is.

I just had brunch The Wholefood Kitchen... where they do amazing things with locally sourced organic food.
Lots of friends, such fun, brilliant conversation, much laughter... and then the discovery that running after bullies whilst wearing a low cut maxi dress and ballet flats isn't actually an easy thing to do.
I nearly knocked myself unconscious with my bewbies. :|

Finding this....
I can SO relate (I actually got thrown out of a grocery store once because of my beloved young'un, and almost thrown out of W*lM*rt because of my grandkid pulling the same stunt). Onliest prob was after I got through reading this, and laughing my brains out, I thought, "So where was my friendly cop when I needed him?"
