I didn't expect so much support. I expected fear and pity. Thank you guys so much. I feel ten times better, now.

For those who care, I had med counseling earlier today.

I am now on Videx, Zerit, Combivir, and Sustiva. Then, another hand-full of pills for the side effects of the AZT meds.

In all I am taking 9 pills a day and 4 other just in case meds.

They gave me a manual on how and when to take them all.

Its hard to imagine living the rest of my life like this.

Its nice to have people to tell these things to.

Again, thank you to all who PM'd and posted in support. You guys are truely a family.

i don't think there is anyone here who always attributes every single fact or bit of trivia they share to the original source every single time they do so, regardless of the situation. if they do, that's fine. but to me it seems a bit... anal.

i state things i know. things that are fact and things that i've just learned from personal experience, and never once can i recall getting that sort of response from you or anyone else. the only time i may have ever been asked to "cite my source" was if the information seemed questionable to someone or if it was pertinent to the conversation.

so why this? why fucking pork rinds?

he's not some "n00b" you have to school in the art of giving credit where it's due when it matters. he's been around longer than most of the regulars here. i think the only regulars still around & posting these days that have been here longer are xng, mael, and tstone, and, of course, wolfie & seth. (wtf ARE you guys, anyway?)

and, yeah. there was a "tone" in both responses, whether that "tone" was hostility or annoyance or whatever. i picked up on it before urian even saw your first response.

and i don't see how any of it was warranted.
