It's going to take someone from that area to get this one..
I'll give you a hint though, it's a word only used to describe people from our state of Louisiana and many people do not consider it to be a flattering term..
Doesn't bother me, if used in the right way.
My Granny used to use that word alot when referring to us kids and why we wouldn't ever listen..
