Saw the dietitian today. He gave me some good advice and told me I need to get at least 60 minutes of exercise a day as I'm not doing enough to counter the sedative effects of my medications currently. I'll be going back every week for 12 weeks to be weighed and measured. I also found out that I'm actually five foot tall exactly, not the five foot and a little bit that I thought I was.

No way, when I'm drunk my inner psychologist really likes to come out but then I almost always go one step too far whenever sharing my analysis with anyone and it leads to people being mad at me for making them confront things about themselves that they want to keep all nice and repressed. In real life I can just hug my friends and refuse to let go until they forgive me, I don't have that option with you guys

Besides it took me a solid 5 minutes to type that first post about being drunk because there were that many typos and so many words that didn't make any sense. I would sober up by the time I managed to type a couple of paragraphs. I wish I were kidding about that.
