Get a baseball bat. Get a shopping cart. Beat it. Hook it up to an amplifier and get a tape recorder for an Einsturzende Neubauten effect.

My friend told me something that sounds great, though rather wasteful. Take an apple and tap it on a table or other hard surface until the apple gets all soft and mushy (but don't break the skin), and then chuck it at a wall as hard as you can.
My other friend likes to take one of her father's golf clubs to her brother's punching bag.

Moshing. Lots and lots of moshing will sate both your desire to toughen up, and most likely your desire for violence.

Slam dancing is an early form of moshing, far less violent and easier to do at punk concerts. It started early 80's if I remember correctly, in the Boston scene (SSD, Negative FX, Jerry's Kids, ect). I'm not too sure though.

Hmm well if you want violence you really should get used to what a fight is like, so yeah sombody is going to have to hit you in the head(though please avoid ruining your pretty face in the process). Basicaly from what I've heard the army does to pop the fight cherry of recruits in basic who haven't lost it yet is for them to simply get hit in the head so they can get used to the experience. You see when you get hit in the head your blood really gets flowing as well as adrenaline to one side of the head as it absorbs the impact, all of that can be very overwealming your first time as you arn't used to how disorienting it can be. Fortunately for me my first fight was on the bus un the seats so I didn't have to worry about falling down. One thing I'm a bit curious about is how piercings might affect the equasion.

Dancing is a good option. Sometimes I get pent up anxiety, but just doing anything helps. Clean the kitchen, vaacum, take a walk, jog, doing anything is great. Rarely matters what it is either. Just moving around releases the tension.

It's an AMAZING way to blow off steam. Sometimes you're just so pumped you feel like you're going to burst, and it needs an outlet. Personally, me and my friends fight all the time. We're careful never to injure each other (though that doesn't mean it doesn't sting XD ) and there's always someone there to end it if we start taking it too far. Afterwards you're a little sore, but I usually feel a lot better.

Chuckles at the memory of getting hit hard by some oversized jock in a pit back in '84...
Remembered the lesson 4 years later during an Anthrax show
All together: which one of these words..don't you understand?...I'm caught in a mosh!!...

Well gosh darn what kind of friend/spectator would I be if I didn't help you make it happen?
Tho I like the bikini idea you'd be better off with MMA style than mud. If the 80s mudwrestling club scene taught us anything its that the mud can cause an itchy skin condition.
