okay, it's 16 for sex but that's only if you're both 16. otherwise it's 18 for anyone who is over 16. so a 16 yo can't fuck a 17 year old. but a 16 yo can fuck a 16 yo. and an 18 yo can fuck a 18 yo +.. get it?

In most parts of Europe the age of consent is 16 as well.

It depends on where you live. In my area, the age of consent is sixteen, but only so long as your partner is also between the ages of sixteen and eighteen. In other words, a sixteen year old can have sex with another sixteen year old or with a seventeen year old, but can not have sex with a fifteen year old or an eighteen year old.

Other places have higher or lower ages of consent and further modifiers, but you get the drift.

It's like that in VT. If you're 16-17 and have sex with someone under 16 then it's just sexual assault on a minor. But once you turn 18 and then have sex with someone under 16 then it's statutory r-@-p-3.
