Boots. Beautiful clunky boots. Something with a super small heel. I am thinking Army bootish, but still girlie.

You know what would be a cool as fuck DIY trick for making Bjuice-like pants?
Get gray electric tape, put strips of it all along the legs of a pair of white pants and even though it would tear the tape away a bit, rit dye the pants black with the tape on it. Once that's done, rip all the tape off and dry it. Should look damned fabulous, really.

I just got the one I really wanted: a pair of diamond stud earrings. I got them on Monday. I also have black coral studs and black pearl studs.

I did that with a black jacket of mine, only I used masking tape and white fabric paint. I only did one side of it, but people are still convinced I bought it like that.
I've been looking into putting stripes on things with batik wax and dye, shirts and scarves to start with, maybe pants later. With the right amount of paraffin wax the stripes would have the lovely crackled effect.

Most people I know don't seem to have that problem, but I buy costume jewelry and they turn orange after I've worn them all of 5 times......

Slink has some pretty good deals on boots and has quite a few to pick from, including quite a large variety of Demonias and combat boots (look in the unisex section), and I have alway found their shipping to be prompt have never had a problem with service

I got my corset from www.trashydiva.com, and it's fantastic. They have basic designs in black for under $200, and then they have fancier ones that get more expensive. They're very well made, very polite, and shipped quickly.

Heh. I always forget about the fabric paint. Not that you'd wash a jacket religiously, but how does fabric paint hold up to several washes?

I need a pocket watch. Look at the filigree!
And if I can find a pair of Stompy Boots of Doom that I like, I'll probably get a pair.

Not to mention the lovely dresses. Too bad they're nearly as, if not more expensive.
Clothes:
Put me down for a corset as well. Not to mention those dresses.
Pedal pushers
Scoop neck tops
Slip dresses
Elastic cinch belts
Pencil skirts
Hats (veiled, tilt and galero style)
High heeled mary-janes/boots
Stencil paper for band logos and the like.
A Beetlejuice lunchbox
Dark slacks and shirts for work
And lacy long-sleeved tops for the fall, my old one got destroyed by some bleach.
Oh! And a soldering gun for the tabs in my tin purses. I know it's a lot but I can dream, eh?

I admit I don't wash my jacket at all - it's all patched up and covered in pins and other embellishments, so washing it is just too much trouble.
However, I use the same paint on my t-shirts and they've all lasted perfectly.

Yeah, it was weird, I typically don't have that problem either. I also tend to pick up $5 jewelry a lot. These rings though, I wore them for a couple months, and they turned orange. I shrugged it off, typical cheap jewelry, but then I took them off the other day, and my finger was getting a green tint where I normally wear two of them.
I hate not having money.

I have a copper bracelet that turned my wrist green. I used to wear it specifically for that reason. It was fun

All my obnoxiously coloured jelly bracelets, I hate to lose them and hate it even more when my friend snaps them. I wear arm fulls and my rings too. Everything tells a story.

More stockings, I live in stockings. Some more fishnets too, I rip them all so easily, they weren't made for clumsy people.
I really want a new pencil skirt too, plus some big Victorian style necklaces.

Yeah, one day my Target had a whole ton of fishnets for $2 so I grabbed five pairs. 3 of them already have holes from the zippers on my boots. I need more striped socks, all mine are getting holes.

I've basically given up on the whole BeetleJuice pants fantasy. I can't say that my DIY hand is really all that strong on anything other than cutting or tearing. :S
Pathetic, I know.
I finally ended up getting a corset. But, I can honestly admit that I am not the least bit satisfied. I bought a really cheap one off of ebay for about $20 from some Hong Kong based lingerie store. After only two wears, the metal liners around the grommets in the back started falling out of place, not to mention the fact that plastic boning just doesn't get the job done.
Better luck next time, I suppose.

The pattern for my soon to be Vogue Vintage dress (Eep!), which I get after I finish the pattern for the jacket. Which incidently also hasn't arrived yet. >_>

Arm socks (lots and lots of them), a corset, and nice big stompy boots. My current boots can be used as ventriloquist dummies.
