Slow down internet speed!? Uhhhh! I remember those dialup days!
That was back in the 1990's for me. I don't think slowing the connection speed down is the right answer.

The only reason the connection speed would slow down is because of the filters. They're stupid, but not stupid enough to think a slow connection speed alone will stop child porn.

After which, I'd find you, stick a knife up your ass -sideways-, twist, pull, and lynch you with your own colon you fascist vaginal discharge.

I remember a year or so ago when they tried to ban hugging in schools. The whole thing was freaking retarded. I give this country 10 years before its being run by a psycho christian dictator who is going to ban all music and television except those accepted by his church.

It's not going to affect anyone who already plays WoW. It'll only affect people who want to buy the game and for some reason don't have internet fast enough to download it directly from the website (like if the porno filters slow us down to dial-up speed. Thanks, Government. You're thinking about the children!)

Pfff, what a load of shit . . Next they'll have us back to family night around the wireless, no rights for women and aboriginals living in missions and tracking outlaws.
Surely the cops here coudn't bothered with yet another thing to have to be on the lookout for. When will it end?!
Not that I care, I don't play WoW but it's the principle.

So if I used an illegal copy of the install disk, (which I probably wouldn't I'm just curious) would I still be able to download it? That's of coarse if the internet speed isn't slowed down to *cringes* dial-up.

Hate to say this.
But that's the price of living in a nanny state.

You don't need an install disk at all. You download the whole thing, followed by the all the patches, from the official website. All you have to pay for is your initial registration followed by the monthly fee.
