I can dig coffee, especially if it's cappuccino or a mocha.

Mocha is my particular favorite as long as the coffee and chocolate go well together and it's not made by Starbucks unless it's the frappuccinos. The mixes by International Foods are grand but expensive as hell so I have to look for something else or shell out $5.50 for another container.

I also really like chai tea and lattes and the Oregon Chai is great because it sustains itself for a month after being opened.

In terms of plans for coffee with friends, we're so busy and live so far apart that it's near impossible to arrange anything. Not to mention that there are so many joints in San Diego that it's hard to pick one perfect spot. (We even have a 24 hour joint called Lestat's)

Starbucks' coffee is usually foul to me but their teas, their frappucinos (vanilla bean and mocha) and their hot chocolates (salted caramel) are top drawer. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf also deserve props too, especially for their Ice Blended drinks.

The only thing I like at Starshmucks is the iced berry-chai, because it's like WHOO-CLOVE! I'm working on my own recipe, because I am poor.

This. Flavored espresso drinks are one thing, but sugar in plain drip coffee is just nasty.

And given the choice I wouldn't go there (there aren't any around here anyway), but Starbucks isn't all that bad.

Bleugh! Got it once because someone gave me a gift card and it's vegan. I couldn't finish it. Then again, mine wasn't iced-it was hot. It was like syrup. Disgusting.

I actually haven't had a real coffee in quite awhile, but the Starbucks Mocha Double Shot has been waking me up and start up my engines for the past three weeks or so. *thumbs up*

I second that motion....starbucks ftl. Nice taste in coffee you have there tho malice. A little brown sugar in your coffee? I will have to try that....you aren't talking about raw sugar by chance are you? I like to put a little dab of raw sugar in my coffee at times and it's really good.

I'm not really a big coffee drinker, though I used to be.
I don't really need anything in the morning to get up.
When I do drink coffee, which is rare, I taint it with loads of sugar, cream, and any flavored syrup I can.

I like chai tea.

I absolutely LOVE coffee. (I just spent a few days in Rome so I'm possibly even more enthusiastic about it ATM)

I was lucky enough to score a barely used espresso machine off my parents' a few years ago, and I start the day with a soy cappucino, and have about 2-3 espresso during the day, and then a last one after dinner.

Nah, soft brown sugar.
For some reason I prefer it to white sugar.
I think it's better for you in general.
And honey tastes baaaad in coffee.

Yeah I will have to try that. Sounds interesting. I agree honey in coffee is fail. Yuck.

I used to have one....what I like better is a french press. I have one and use it whenever I want a cup of COFFEEEEE. lol Seriously...espresso is shyte by comparison.

I went out for coffee today with a friend for his birthday.
We both had double espressos.

My total tea count for yesterday was 15 btw.

I do coffee mostly every day. It does vary how fresh it is, how much sugar, and I am an odd fellow who sometimes squirts a touch of chocolate syrup into it sometimes...

There is also what you have with it, which could be a bagel, cereal, nothing at all, PB, PB+J, etc.
