Take out Manson out of the "goth" list and I like your tastes in music.

I love my blue jeans that have rainbow stitching on the inside seam. Those are sexy on me.

There's nothing wrong with wearing jeans. Seriously, if you like something, wear it. If you're always worrying about whether your clothes are goth enough, you'll just look like an idiot.
I personally never wear jeans, but that's just because I find them really uncomfortable.

Blue jeans are fine to wear no matter who you are. I have three pairs and they are comfy as shit.

dogpile also makes a good pair of skinny jeans and are about the same price (or maybe a little cheaper) than lip service kill city ones. the lip service ones do fit great though (especially if you're tall) when you're short like me you gotta hem 'em.
or just wear regular jeans. I second (or third) the opinion that fashion comes second or third to music or books/literature. and it's only okay to "wear black on the outside because that's how I feel inside" if you're quoting Morrissey. (heh heh)

I love your screen name. That is such a good song.
Also, skinny jeans really only look good on very thin people, which I am not. It's really frustrating because I only see black jeans that are skinny and I am in desperate need of a new pair of black jeans. Grr!

you can totally wear skinny jeans even if you aren't sticklike. if you could expand my avatar, you would see that i am not really skinny, yet still wear tight ass jeans! you just have to find the kind that flatter you. the bad thing about the lip service jeans is that they are REALLY low rise. but i'm not sure how the dogpile ones fit. ALSO you could (this is what my fiance does/did since he's real skinny but real tall) buy a regular pair of black jeans that fit loosely, and take them to a tailor to have them fit you. it doesn't cost that much and (depending on the tailor) you could have GREAT fitting clothes!
yeah it's a great song. they're one of my favorite bands ever. My plan is to have every thread that I start be titled with a misfits song. I've only started two, my intro thread (we are 138) and a Halloween Costume thread (I remember Halloween) let's see how far it goes hah NERD!

The only jeans I have a problem with are the jeans that have the butt pads. It is the wonderbra of the rear. It is false advertising!

Where do you find those? I've never seen them.
Not that I need them. Porportionately speaking, I have a HUGE ass.

Hi Dark Hearted Demoness, the butt-padded jeans are popular in cities with overtly superficial people (e.g. Beverly Hills, Miami). Sorry, I couldn't tell you the store that sells them since I don't shop for that type of jeans. In my opinion, a guy who wears those type of jeans is asking for it *priest heavily breathing*

I'm in a semi-big city (no laughing, Minneapolis isn't that small) and I haven't seen them yet... Or maybe I just don't know I'm seeing them. Oh noes! What if the asses I'm gazing at are fake?! I've been led on!

I have a feeling there would be a positive correlation between where those butt-padded jeans are sold, and the demand for plastic surgery in those areas. So yes, Miami and Beverly Hills.
The only time I ever willingly wore jeans was when I was a Jet in Westside story.
I'm not really comfortable in any form of pants... They just feel and look wrong on me. They can look good on others though, and you certainly don't lose your goth card for it.

Stop fucking saying "yea"!!
How about expanding you vocabulary?
P.S. "u" is not a word and "i" is capitalized.

I believe she has trouble typing a period, so she types a "so yea" to finish off every sentance. Maybe she thinks it makes her thought sound deeper...or maybe she thinks it makes it sound as if she actually has a thought. We will never know.

I don't get much money to spend for clothes, so jeans are a staple. They're ok, though you can find some cool ways to jazz them up a bit. Sew lace and other pretty cloths in tiers and crisscross and that'd be kickass! Unless you're a guy. >.< Then I say sorry I'm out of ideas. Do not let such prejudices of ugly clothing get in the way of creativity!

Guys can modify their jeans, too! The guys I know don't modify their pants like girls do, but that doesn't mean that's not ok. In our subculture, androgyny is smiled upon. If you want a more masculine modification, play with fishnet, D-rings, and straps. Permanent marker and band patches can help personalize your jeans.
I think that modifying your jeans really helps personalize your look. Jeans are comfy as hell, typically quite durable, and easy to find. Everyone wears them. That doesn't mean you shouldn't-- but making them your own can help you express your individual style.

I used to not wear jeans, it's still a rarity for me. If I wear jeans I get gasps, literal and serious gasps of shock. The only reason I have them is because they were part of a uniform for an orchestra competition. It took me an hour and a half to find the damned things in a store, and make sure they fit decently. I still have to where a belt... and they bulg in weird places and they make my thighs and ass look big.
Yoga pants and/or skirts are my prefered choice, most people say I look like I just came out of the musical Rent.
Sorry this is the only way I can get Jilli's attention: Check your bloody email once and a while, Jilli!
Edit: Whoops, I can't spot where someone said everyone wears jeans.
