You two people cuss alot. How ignorant is saying "I AM MORE THAN QUALIFIED to say you are full of shit, and a stupid head." Who are you to judge someone else by what they say?

I can AND WILL judge anyone I goddamn please, thankyouverymuch, by what they say, and do. If you don't like that...then go munch on a ferry stick, you unskilled, unschooled, uninspired waste of fucking flesh.

Since you have not impressed me with anything you've said (to date) I'm not overly worried about anything else you may have to say. I was fine to leave you to bask in your perpetual ignorance, since everything you've said hasn't been remotely dangerous or bordering on the dissemination of misinformation unlike your unlikely cohort, but since you want to lock goddamn horns?

Let’s talk a bit about judging people and things, since this has been a prevalent topic of all you whingeing emonoobs, and something you all like to cry so goddamn much about. You fuckers act like it’s unnatural to make personality judgments, like it goes against the mantra of the Universe, but I’ll hip you to something—your entire life is based on judgments. Who you marry, where you go to school, where you go to work, what you eat, what you drink, what you wipe your fucking ass with.

So DO NOT come up to me and ask who am I to judge anything. I’m doing what is perfectly natural and intrinsic to my nature. And the reason my opinions hold more weight than say, yours or Rites, is I know a little bit of what I’m goddamn talking about. Binky, on the other hand, knows a WHOLE lot about what she’s pontificating on, but you and your little misinformed friend are too stupid to shut up and listen to her so I have judged the both of you as irrelevant and thoroughly dull witted because…you are, and I can.

If you need any further edification on the matter, I’ll be happy to expound.

p.s. I'm one person, not two, you idiot.

People like you should be killed in a concentration camp. First of all you know nothing about me. How can you say I don't gotoo school? Do you even know where I exactly live? No. So stop cussing at us & Just ignore us. If you say we are so "Stupid" just ignore us. Because if you do keep insulting, all you're proving is that you either got picked on in the past by bullies or, something happend in your family. So don't take it out on us.

Lets see, you have worked in the electronics industry for 23 years or so, including "top secret military items" and you are spending your time on a message board full of highschool students that enjoy an alternative lifestyle cussing at them because you feel that it makes you seem smart. I could just as easily say that I have spent 30 years working in top secret government bases and give you a few names that you hear every day on the Sci-fi and history channels and make it sound more believable than you saying that you are an electrician or whatever it is you are claiming to be. I grew up helping my grandfather work on automobiles, I have built several custom motorcycles and cars, when you break a circuit down, ANY CIRCUIT, it is basic, whether it contains conductors and semi-conductors, multi-system back ups and whatever else you want to add to it. It all contains an EMF source, a load, a path, and a control device. Now, I am not saying that you haven't spent your life around the electronics industry, I don't know you, but I do know that if that is true, it shows why you have never and will never advance yourself past the journyman/apprentice position because you do not have what it takes to run any business, you do not have the mentality to even debate logically with someone "half your age", enstead, you assult them with insults that truely show that you are most likely the fat kid that sits in the back of the classroom and sneaks candybars while fantacizing about being your favorite character in Dungeouns and Dragons. If you are truly as old as you say you are, you have the mentallity and maturaty on a scale less than my 11 year old cousin operates on. If you want your views to be taken seriously, maybe you should cut down on the ridiculous insults and if you disagree with what someone says why not explain your position on that enstead of insulting everyone and everything.

Further edification it is, then.

Nope, sorry my little tittysucklingbaby, you funkified deadhead fleecing the good intentions of society, I can't ignore you when you and your kind put out erroneous information. I can and DO ignore all you stupid fawkers on principle, but when you try to make others believe your dumbass conspiracies and warpped, incomplete nonsensical ramblings...someone’s got to have the balls to call you on it.

And S n U f F it out.

As far as your psychological analysis goes? As far as it’s meant to anger and incite me to further tirades? As far as it’s meant to put me on the defensive so I'll spout off a lot of information to contradict your sophomoric claims?

Eh, even if it were true it still doesn’t change the fact…you’ll still be an idiot.

First, I spend my time on a literary message board because I *at one time* enjoyed the atmosphere of like minded individuals, before it became over run by a bunch of emo crying fucktards in August, and I continue to come here because if I didn’t you’d all join a cult and drink Kool-Aid till you were a cool 80 degrees.

Yeah? But I’d have the satisfaction of knowing I spoke the truth, and you’d just have, as you do now, only your pathetic fantasy to keep you cozy.

Perhaps you’ve spent too much time with your RadioShack Take Over The World With Mr. Potato Head Kit?

Actually, I’m currently a Computer Field Engineer. I wouldn’t want to advance in the field I work in now because…I actually love my job. I’m no journeyman or apprentice, by any stretch of the imagination. I was when I was fifteen though…but what the fuck ever.

HA! I’ve used a line similar to that on someone before, but the differences is…mine was actually funny. Spin again.

I will not and can not speak to you like a normal human being because you are so FUCKING STUPID IT IS NOT FUNNY, and you don’t relate to people in a normal manner so I have to alter MY behavior just so I can get through to you. And you’re not just stupid, but dangerously stupid, and you _think_ you know what you are talking about. What it comes down to is you’re a kid, and what is worse, you act like a kid, so I’ll treat you like a fucking kid. You want to be treated differently? Earn it, kid.

Rite, what's your experience in the field of electronics? Tech school, career college, served in a related field while in the Army, actually worked a real-life career in this field... anything other than "workin' on some stuff" with your grandpa? Cause essentially, this is me prodding to see whether or not you've even graduated highschool, my man, since a.) you don't think much of experience (and lord only knows how you're able to get a job outside of the fast food industry with that attitude), and b.) you've repeatedly misspelled some of the most common words (i.e. "enstead").

Normally this kind of info is no biggy, cause if you're wrong, you're wrong, except for the fact that you're "telling it like it is" to Tom here as though you're an industry expert, while simultaneously trying to belittle his knowledge and experience in this field. Which is actually very interesting and ironic, considering some of your prior statements regarding cell phones and transmitters that were blatantly wrong.

In this day and age ignorance is inexcusable. The dissemination of misinformation is a criminal act by my reckoning, and anyone contributing to both actions will get my size 12 Doc’s planted across their forehead.

This is why I get so bent out of shape when some newb comes to the board spouting total garbage, and it’s not so much for my sake (I’m a constant skeptic and will research anything anyone tells me to make sure I’m right before I try to pass it on) but for the sake of those people who are naive and believe anything they are told.

You are not doing those people any kindness by furthering your ignorance upon them.

A vicious cycle begins of ignorance begetting ignorance, and I’ll not be a party to it. I’ll not stand idly by and watch it root and taint the process of genuine curiosity and information accrual.

I have never asked anyone to believe any piece of knowledge or tidbit of information, in my life, that I’ve regurgitated. I’ve, instead, challenged those people to find out the answer for themselves. It’s standard procedure in my house for one of my children to ask me the definition of a word. They’ve got this weird misconception I’m a walking dictionary. I’ll try to define the word they’ve asked for, to the best of my abilities, and then hand them a rather tattered Webster’s dictionary so they can look it up and know what it means beyond the shadow of a doubt.

Usually, I look it up with them, because there is a very good possibility I was wrong, and I like to know when I am so I don’t repeat the mistake again.

Now with that in mind (I’m getting to the guts of the metaphor) if someone came up to me and said, “Did you know the definition of magma comes from the planet Mars and means to give good head?” and I was pretty sure it had nothing to do with giving head, and everything to do with molten rock beneath the Earth’s surface (and also a character in the Marvel Universe with nice tatas) and I checked my information before trying to correct someone, which I then passed with the expectation they look it up for themselves...and they still affirmed magma was a, and only a, term for the sucking of dick?

Well, that’ll goddamn piss me right the fuck off, and it should piss the rest of you off, because these people (the Rites of the world who are wrong) are perpetrating a crime against all of us.

And if my vulgarities offend your tender sensibilities? Good, that is the intent. I want you to be just as goddamn mad as I am, I want you to fucking seethe and boil, because then you may (finally) be moved to do a little research and thinking for yourself as you work on your next scathing reply to me...and in doing so if you happen to come across some actual information that is true and helps broaden your knowledge base?

Then I’m a happy guy, even as I’m running you through the gauntlet of vulgarities and verbal web-board abuse, I’m a happy guy because maybe, just maybe, possibly, you may learn something for yourself by getting pissy at me.

You may not believe what I say is true about any given subject, but you'll have a tougher time disbelieving your own eyes and mind. With that said, do research (extensive research) before you come back and challenge anything that's been said here. I hate covering the same gournd over and over, and I would like to be challenged myself. I would really appreciate the opportunity to dig deeper into a subject and prove myself wrong or right. You see it doesn’t matter to me if I am right, or I am wrong. What matters is how much of any given topic I can absorb and add to my own knowledge base, and I can’t do that when you’re (Rite) not even trying to make it difficult.

Does that appease your fragile sensibilities some?

...

You fucking emotreehumping glob of sticky masculine sex-juice, you!

First, why must all 'net arguments result in profanity??

Second, not to sound like one of these psycos, but with the FCC wanting to track wifi enabled phones and people selling the service to the public what makes you think the government isn't already using it...

What the government can do and can not do is (reasonably) spelled out. What the government is seeking to do now is bring the burgeoning voice over internet protocol technology into compliance with (as Bink’s mentioned earlier) the 1994 Communications for Law Enforcement Act.

This is gaining popularity with the law makers due to recent media coverage concerning the private sector’s inability to dial 911 from a VoIP phone. There are many reason’s why the idea of bringing wireless VoIP into compliance with the (existing) communication act would seem sanguine, and there are many reasons it WOULD be, the chief being enough users have complained about the omission of (readily available) emergency assistance via their VoIP phones, and the lawmakers were forced to address the problem.

On behalf of the people.

The current guidelines of when law enforcement can use that information and how they can use it (should) dissuade the conspiracy theorists from seeing yet another plot, but we know it won’t.

And no one has said the government isn’t using the technology, just that they are limited in scope how they can use it. Government is bound by its own laws, and can’t (without justification) peek in on you to see what you are about.

Big corporation, on the other hand? Yeah, they can and do peek in on you to see what you are about. The selling point for these cellular phones, which receive data from the global positioning satellites and update the user’s location via the cellular network, is a company can monitor their employee’s activities, and increase productivity.

Which I think is a bunch of crock and intrusive as hell. It’s right there with mandatory drug screening in my book. How more invasive can you get than looking into someone’s piss?

But it’s perfectly fine for the corporate sector to have that much control over their employees isn’t it? It’s perfectly fine Government (may—by a large stretch of the imagination with a healthy salting of 1984 thrown in for good measure even though Government hasn’t, by any stretch, the resources to do anything like that) and it’s all hunky-dory to fret and worry over Government hyperboles...but no one gives a fuck that your employer IS tracking you to see where you went for lunch?

Priorities people.

Lastly, the bit that really sucks about VoIP is the big telecom companies trying to shut down the VoIP providers, which all boils down to the stealing of technology from an upstart company and incorporating it into their pre-existing services, and reaping the benefits themselves.

First of all, I don't buy into these "Conspiracy theories", but one that has caught my attention is the fact that big business is trying to take away our freedoms and privacy... This is a big topic for me because of my IT background...

Second, you ask what can be more invasive than looking into someone's piss, try looking into their DNA...

Actually, a company keeping track of their employees’ locations is out of the realm of conspiracy theories. As I said earlier, this is a major selling feature for some businesses when they shop around for new technology. Of course, from a business standpoint it makes sense, especially for the service oriented field. Dispatcher’s can just pull up a list of their employees, and assign the calls to the nearest available representatives.

I know Brighthouse is using the technology, Sprint, NCR, Statefarm, and I’ve spoken to techs from local businesses that also incorporate GPS phone tracking to streamline their dispatch operations. We’re talking mom and pop shops, plumbers, roofers, mechanics, et cetera.

I can see the logistics of it, and how an employer could benefit from knowing the exact location of their remote assets, but it still feels...wrong. Like pissing in a cup feels wrong. Like singing a waiver that anything you invent or improve automatically becomes the intellectual property of your company feels wrong. Like being laid off because your company decided labor is cheaper in Indonesia feels wrong. Like losing your benefits to bottom lines feels wrong. Like working a 10hr day for 8hr’s of pay feels wrong. Like...someone can have so much power and control over and put you in a constant state of fear and despair to keep you tethered and quiescent feels...wrong.
