Would the movie Nosferatu be considered a B movie? It's an awesome movie.

I'd have to say...

Blood Feast
Plan 9 From Outer Space
Astro Zombies
Phantom Planet
Monster A Go-Go
Army of Darkness
Zombie
Vengence of the Zombies
Phantasm
The Screaming Skull
and...

...Santa Clause Conquers the Marsions. (Not really, but the movie does exist.)

I'd say Versus, this Japanese Zombie Horror..
A B Movie in my opinion... because it had the funniest Gore, and Blood, and Story.

But it was just awesome.

Actually no. It's a cult classic. It has a HUGE budget and was made by a very famous director.......

Now Shadow of the Vampire..... a Offshoot 'retelling' of it, starring John Malkovich, is.

A definate Movie I have to see when I can get ahold of a copy is the Newest Troma Production: Poultygiest

There's a Trailer on the site.... It's Pure Artistic Gold...

If Leonardo Davinci, Giger, Rapheal, and PIcasso were to be genetically merged, their Artistic output would not match the beauty and joy this Movie brings to the movie world.

Polished, I must concur. I will definately be watching Poultrygeist as soon as it is released.

To add another to the list, Evil Alien Conquerers had to be about the lamest, yet hilarious movie I have ever seen.

I saw that film ages ago, must rent it again if I can find it. I see, Demonista, have a mutual interest in various things Mario, we must discuss sometime.
There's not too many B films but would Rocky Horror be considered a B movie?

after reading over many of the lists I've come to the conclusion that a lot of you have no idea what, or to be exact, the lack of what, makes a B movie.

Please keep to the topic and post only those golden low-budget gems.

There ARE PLENTY of B films, and no RHPS would not be in their ranks.

Spin again.

I guess I haven't really seen any B movies.....
What would you say are the best Vincent Price movies? The only ones my video store has are Theatre of Blood and House on Haunted Hill.

Well, most of Price's appearences would fall under B movie, and there are many...

The Monster Club is one of my personal favorites, but mostly due to the Ghoul story.
The Tomb of Ligeia
The Last Man On Earth (An aside I liked Heston better in the Boris Sagal adaptation of I am Legend under the title Omega Man)
The Fly
House of Wax
Brigham Young (not really a B movie but still an excellent performance as Smith)
The Invisible Man Returns
Tower Of London
War Gods of the Deep (also has Tab Hunter hoorah!)
and...meh, the list goes on and on.

Get TIVO, program it for V. Price, and watch it fill up in no time.

That is all.

Cool Who Made Who !!!

Maximum Overdrive !!! (1986, Directed by Stephen King)

I love this film, it just rawks (AC/DC soundtrack) and Stephen King directing, its a story about a myserious comet that come into orbit of earth, and causes anything mechanical to attack humans (including a vending machine, that shoots Coke tins at people).

For 3 days in 1986, the earth passed through the tail of a mysterious comet. During that time, machines on earth suddenly come to life and terrorize their human creators. A small group of people in a truck stop, surrounded by "alive" semi-trailers, set out to stop the machines before the machines stop them. IMDB
