and the weights i use change, depending on my mood. usually i just put 'em on until i can't life anymore - it feels so god damn good to beat something and gain strength from that which has the potential to crush you. the last time i maxxed on my bench press was 1996 (?) after a friend asked me to try and i put 365 up three times - and that's nothing compared to the big boys. maxxing isn't something i do for myself, though cuz a max doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
could i possibly say 'max' any more? oddly, i feel like that paragraph should be moved to 'shill'.
