I'm pretty sure I took this in 2010, date aside, it is probably my favorite self-portrait. And French Vanilla coffee is good stuff.

I took this today. My chest and abs are looking cakey because I've been on 12 pack soda binge that will soon end. Also, they're not my books, lol.
The next time I take any progress pictures I'll be only drinking healthy stuff to make sure I have lower bodyfat, within the context of bulking.

I haven't done any strenuous exercise in the better part of 5 weeks. Don't ask me.

I don't know, it gets pretty easy if you just get in the habit of working out, I'm pretty lazy and I still manage to do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups every day, it isn't much (and is far from strenuous) but it takes literally two minutes and it keeps me in decent shape.

For me I lurk on the bodybuilding.com forums, and treat working out like a drug addiction, to the point where if I miss a workout I feel off. From my experience, all the people who are gym rats and health freaks are basically obsessed about it. Its okay to miss and make up days and such, but without that kind of extreme mindset it seems like its too easy to get discouraged in the long run.

Right, I haven't alarmed you all with any pics for some time so here goes, rather a mixed lot of crap that's been occurring lately.
First off, this lady appeared seemingly from nowhere, onstage as part of Alien Vampires' set at Slimelight last month . I name her Angle grinder vagina woman. At least she had her safety goggles on !
On the same evening I got terribly drunk, and swapped hats with a lovely man called Charles ( who incidentally knows far too much about staying alive in remote locations by eating anyone who died in the disatrous event ) We traded hats for about 3 hours. I need one of these !
Here I am down the allotment, in my not so stylish headgear which I am informed makes me look like a Ugandan aid worker O.o .
And this SEXY BITCH is the result of about an hours work. Extra sexy Winehouse wigged, fat goth bellydancer scarecrow. Hopefully she'll freak the pigeons out and keep them "orf moi laaand"
I couldn't be bothered to make her a proper head so she has a stick face and huge CD eyes (birds dislike things with big eyes )

Oh last one I promise ! I found a dress in the bottom of my wardobe that's been there so long I can't recall where the hell I got it from, and have never worn. I need to lose a few pounds more to look remotely decent in it and not scare the general public..
