Just take a point off of your rep, and you can get banned for a hell of alot of things... but you can stay even if your racist or threaten people with... well you know.

Well I've been bitched at a lot, but I don't think I've done anything deserving a ban yet (and I don't plan to) so I guess I can relax.

Nah, I believe it would take something unjust for a ban. You haven't done anything. Some people may not be too fond of you (I'm not one of them), but they won't ban you for that reason.

Now for something completely different:
Does anyone else feel that horror movies have gone downhill since the 90s, as a whole? I mean, there are a few decent pictures released today, but all in all the classics knock them out of the park.

Out of all the modern horror movies, I think that 28 Days Latter is my favorite. Most modern horror seems tainted. Cell phones and other modern technology seem to take away from the feel that older stuff had.

But, i rather dig that dread of feeling so safe with the cell phone... and then watching the battery die.
"The Strangers" had an awesome contemporary fear complete with technology and all of its failings. Like "Poltergeist"'s cookie cutter neighborhood setting, something about the contemporay and modern and suburban makes us feel so safe, I prefer the ideas that rip those ideals away.

Perhaps I don't feel that way because I've never owned a cell phone and live in a very rural area. I want some one to make a modern black and white horror set in the 60s or earlier. I like movies that take place in that time period, especially The Green Mile. That was Micheal Clarke Duncan's best performance.

I'm not sure, I don't watch a lot of movies. Was that the one with Bruce Willis and Liv Tyler?

Dude... all the actors in that movie did a great job.
I'm leaving... on a jet plane, don't know when I'll be back again.

It proved that Steve Buscemi can sing and that Ben Affleck can't.

Wedding Singer proved that Buscemi is not just better than Affleck, he's pretty good compared to some of the actors who can sing.

If you haven't seen it, Airheads is a great Buscemi movie for musicians and metal heads.

Then there was the Lone Gunmen, a spifftacular X-Files spin off.
And Duchovny went into rehab for sex addiction. I'd've paid to've been the straw that broke that camel's back. Damn.
