I'm not big on technical advice, as I've stated more than once, but as far as posting a picture I do know of one way.. I'm sure there are other options, though.
If you have a picture on your computer, in your My Documents or My Pictures folder, you can upload it to a site like Photobucket.com. That's the site I use, it's pretty simple to use. After you upload it, they'll give you a url. Copy and paste the url into a post on this thread.
I think I did an o-k job..

There is an icon if you are in enhanced mode for linking images Simply highlight the link from your Photobucket and click the icon with the picture of a little mountain in it. That is your 'Insert Image' icon..
When you preview your post you should see your pictures show up.
The top when is my favorite, by the way.
