Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL. |

Encase the laughing strangers calling, crush the petals on the floor...
Can you guess this too?

Where did you get Sex Gang Children? I can't find them any where and I'm getting sick of "Oh Funny Man" and "Sebastiane" but my conscience prevents me downloading more.

"Face of Melinda" - Opeth
Who decided to classify Opeth as Progressive Death Metal, I see the Progressive but where's the Death? Clean vocals, non-heavily distorted guitars and slow drumming, at what point did that constitute Death Metal?

Word up Happy Dude, well, you can always try eBay but I found them by chance at a little record store in NewTown, it's called Egg Records or something if I remember correctly.
But fuckdamnit, they are hard to find so my best recommendation is pray to the powers that be and hope that you WILL come across their sublimely awesome music.
Currently Listening To:
This Corrosion - The Sisters Of Mercy
Oh! Another note, as for Opeth, I'd classify them more progressive myself but some tracks do have that tone of death metal that angry people enjoy

Fatherland (Cassandra Complex remix) -- Die Krupps
I'm soon to switch it to Grendel. I just wanted to hear this one song.

Joe Jackson -- "On your Radio"
I forgot how good he was. Stupid changing-to-jazz.

I'm not an angry person but I do enjoy Death Metal and thanks for the Egg Record place must do some research on that one.
The question here is what is the entire apartment block listening to, that would be "Inbetween Days" - The Cure

Kick in the Eye - Bauhaus
Magpie_Tendencies is Yes, Virginia better that the Dresden Dolls self titled?

The Dude - In the self-titled album they had a more broadway/cabaret (I can't quite think of the word I want to use there) sound, while "Yes, Virginia" has less of that - though that sound is still there. I personally prefer Yes, Virginia.
DragonForce - "Operation Ground and Pound"

As do I, as just Dude sounds almost derogatory,
"Metropolis" - Dream Theatre
First taste of the Theatre of Dreams and loving it.
