He hasn't in this thread, but I've lost count of how many times he's bitched at someone for no reason, and that irks me. I'm old enough to know that someone who does that pretty much deserves to be bitched at.

That last comment was directed at badteccy.
And unless Vyvian is a retard or something, he's not getting special treatment.

I thank all those who stood up behind me and at least mentioned that they should not be that mean to Vyvian.
And molly, he has the ignore button, but what if maybe he feels your words are actually worth reading sometime, and doesn't want to lose whatever insight you do have at times, and duckman, maybe your old enough to know when to bitch at someone, but eventually you'll be mature enough to realise no one deserves to be bitched at.

Fuck maturity up its hairy ass hole. I won't bitch at people if they don't give me ammo for it. I've never had a problem with DeathChii, Badteccy, Totschläger, and a whole host of others. The one constant with those people is that they don't erupt for no damn reason. DeathChii is so happy and nice it makes me vomit fairy dust, flowers and pink bunnies, Badteccy's just a funny cunt when he gets going, and Totschläger is a good laugh. I see humour as being substantially more important than bitching at people because they spelled a word wrong.

If Gnet was a physical location it'd be a mosh-pit, with everyone clad in full battle gear and spikes and everything ramming into each other for the mere purpose of drawing as much blood possible - or so it seems, judging by the comments being hurled at each other on some of these threads.

If Gothic.net was a location where everyone could meet...
It would have to incorporate everything. Thus, I imagine some kind of secluded island some place... not too hot where it rains every day or so in a nice way....
There would have to be a massive library on this Island, where all the book readers could sit down on black and silver bean bags, and there would be a section where everyone could read together with a dukebox crammed full of Alien Sex Fiend to Switchblade Symphony. It would have a low volume as well.
Then we would need a place to put the olde faire, where there would be plenty of cutesy-spooky odds and sorts for those who are inclined towards dolls and bat plushies.
Of course, there would be a bat cave..... but it would be a grotto that had been turned into a makeshift dancefloor..... a real bat-cave. All you death rockers can piss off there and leave the book-a-holics in peace in the library.
Also, we would need a boiler room for the rivet-heads full of people for maggot to stomp on..
And of course a moonlit cemetary where Vyvian will be perched writing poems about being a goth forever...
The only other thing this place would need would be an ancient-looking chapel that has been turned into a resting-place and banqueting location where everyone would gather to talk nonsense and talk about the general hubub of life...
And lastly there would be a boating dock where I expect Jillian or someone else in his place would be sorting out the trolls from the guests and a small deserted patch of sand where the shill people can come and sit... the rest of us can just watch them from the shade of the willows that grow around our Island...
Hmmmmmm Gothic.net Island.... So picturesque...

Away from the library. Book readers don't need to hear the drone of instruments.... How about on the edge of the lake, close to the docks. The library can be on the opposite side of the Island, next to the cemetary. The grotto is located by the Faire which is at the dead centre of the Island, in the middle of our haunting forest.
